The server may store technical connection logs, including an IP address, request date and browser information. These data are used to keep the website secure and operational.

03

We use form data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss configurations and take steps requested by a prospective customer before entering into a contract.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for correspondence, security and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

04

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing and — where applicable — receive a portable copy of your data.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

06

Cookies and external services

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. An embedded Google Map is available on the contact page, but the connection to Google is made only after you select “Display map”. Google may then receive technical data such as your IP address and device information and use its own storage technologies.

Your map display choice is stored locally in your browser. You can remove it at any time using the “Privacy settings” link in the website footer.

If analytics, advertising or other services storing non-essential cookies are enabled in the future, a consent management mechanism will be introduced before they are activated.

07

Security and updates

We use technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, data loss and automated form abuse.

This policy may be updated when website features, providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: 9 August 2026.
